There are three different strategies done by the project implementers: (1) film showing cum game show, (2) community theater play, and (3) local video. It can be inferred that some technical knowledge is needed to execute the game show as key concepts on climate change were explained. Incentive was also given to those who can answer the questions correctly. For the community theater play, the theater director, member of the community, is trained to co-develop the script and co-produce the play with the residents who also undergone informal training on theater arts. Moreover, the project implementers also produced a video documentary of the changes happening in the municipality. The residents were interviewed, which included the mayor, parish priest, barangay captain, fisher folks and residents. They were asked to share their stories, the changes that have happened in their area, impacts of these changes in their lives and livelihood and actions that they can do to minimize the effects. Video footages were also taken on the changes that have happened.

Based on the information provided under Technical Feasibility, it is implied that the community was receptive to the interventions of the project implementers. Guzman (2012) further noted that these interventions prompted the community to action.
