Climate Adaptation Effectiveness
A pilot project in Sorsogon City made use of MIRACOOL, a high reflective heat insulating coating that reduces surface temperature of buildings. The application of the said coating on the roofs of a school caused the temperature to drop from 50 to 32 degrees. It was also observed that the room felt cooler. [3]
